Return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed or unworn, with tags, and in its original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please refer to the form included in your package for instructions. If you can't locate it, contact us at support@sambuddies.com.au and we'll send it to you via email. Finally, send your parcel to our address PO Box 384 Dingley Village, Melbourne VIC 3172 Australia.
Items sent back to us without return/exchange form will not be accepted.
We won't issue a refund for any purchase or any shipping costs. Instead, we are willing to offer store credits which are sent to you after we approve the return. Please allow us 5 business days for your return to be processed. Also please note that any shipping fees for return and exchange will be at customer’s expense.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@sambuddies.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
